👋 Hola! I'm Dani, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the digital world. Currently building the Next-Generation of SIEM and Log Management products at CrowdStrike.

🚀 My journey began as a web and mobile app front-end developer, and from there, I embraced the fascinating world of UI/UX. Over the past decade, I've been immersed in the realm of product management, specifically focusing on crafting innovative cloud-based IT and Security solutions. I made the leap into management as the Director of Product & Design at Automox for awhile, before diving back into an IC role with CrowdStrike.

🎓 My quest for knowledge has led me to earn certifications in ITIL, design, programming, leadership, and product management. It's this foundation that empowers me to excel in my field. I have an undying love for crafting beautifully intriguing products that tackle challenging problems head-on.

🏆 I'm humbled to have been recognized twice as a luminary at a women's tech conference in Colorado. I also serve on the advisory board for the graphics and design department at Pikes Peak State College.

💡 When I'm not crafting innovative products, I'm often found in the virtual realm, as I'm an avid gamer. My daughter and I have been working our way through the Halo series. But my love for adventure doesn't stop there – I'm a proud overlander, traversing the rugged Rocky Mountains with my family. Camping is a huge love of ours. To my family’s dismay, I'm also constantly immersed in DIY projects around my home, always learning new skills and hobbies to keep me engaged.

⚖️ I firmly believe in the harmony between work and life. It's during those moments of downtime that our brains work their magic, unraveling intricate problems in astonishing ways.

🌟 While reaching new heights is exhilarating, my true passion lies in lifting others alongside me. I dedicate considerable time to mentoring and coaching, sharing knowledge and skills as I grow. This passion extends to my work environment, where I play an active role in Employee Resource Groups and community-building initiatives that foster collaborative problem-solving.

I gain a deep understanding of typical user behaviors and work closely with your customers to understand what their day-in-a-life is like to ensure a product is easy and enjoyable to use while solving their problems.

  • Where are you headed? What’s the vision of your product? What problems are we solving today and what should we be prepared to solve tomorrow? I can help you answer these questions!

  • The bare bones of what a product manager does. Gain an understanding of problems, work with development and UX to design solutions, and work with the rest of the business to bring those solutions to market.

  • Every great product manager and designer gathers as much data as they can to make the best decision possible. Users, market research, trends, emerging technology, and competitors all provide immense amounts of data that I can coalesce to help guide your teams toward the right solutions.

  • Finding the right leader can be tough, a fine balance of empathy, service, and guidance is key to great leadership. Managers can make or break teams. I’ve spent a lot of time crafting my leadership style to hire and empower teams to crank out the best product possible while helping them grow in alignment with their career ambitions.
